It takes approximately 3-20 weeks to build a website depending on the complexity of the features. The development will only take longer if we are waiting for content such as texts and images from you.
How do we communicate throughout the development?
Before we begin working together, we will usually have an initial conversation on email or phone. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email or physical meeting.
How do you build my website?
We will start with a mock-up, which is a high-fidelity simulation of how a website will look using Sketch, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for you to review. Once the design has been finalised, we will start the actual development of the website on a CMS platforms such as WordPress or Web Development IDE Softwares like Visual Studio, Adobe Dreamweaver CC and NetBeans. Will I be able to see the development progress?
Of course! Our web developer will share the progress with you through email or you can see it from the domain itself if it is done live. If there are any suggestions or feedbacks along the way, you can always let us know.
Can I update the website myself once it’s been built?
Absolutely! With the integration of a content management system (CMS), you can edit any of the written content or change any images with ease. You do not need to have any programming knowledge to do this. We will provide an easy to follow guide for you. We build most of our websites with a CMS unless otherwise requested so that you will be able to manage and edit all your content.
Will you write text or create graphic for me?
It depends on the package you chose. We are happy to write the text and design the graphic for your website based on your products or services.
How do I send you my images and written content?
You can choose to upload it on Google Drive, Dropbox, Box and share a link to the developer or through any form of cloud services.
Can you make e-commerce website?
We specialise in making E-commerce website. We are able to develop an end-to-end e-commerce system (from admin page, category and product listing to payment) for you.
What if I do not like the website?
It is our first priority to make sure all our clients are happy with the end product. If not, we are willing to make changes as requested. The Standard Plan will provide up to 1 year of support*. This includes potential bug fixing, any design adjustment, answer any questions from you and .etc.
What if I have unique features that are not stated on your website?
You are most welcome to reach out to us and discuss ideas. We can provide you with a custom quotation if there are any advanced features you are looking for.
I already have an existing domain and website hosting provider, how do I revamp my website with Plexial?
We will be able to work on your website as long as we have access to your source code. We can access your web files using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) through an FTP account created for us from the Hosting Service Provider. However, we provide Web Hosting as part of our plan. We strongly recommend you to transfer the hosting to us as we provide hosting services which include but not limited to weekly backup, free emails, unlimited databases, great bandwidth and Cloudflare page caching for speed.
If your domain is purchased through Wix, you will need to transfer it out to another domain provider in order to change the DNS (to point it to our web server).

Do you provide domain and website hosting?
We provide domain and website hosting for your website. Our package includes 1 year of hosting for the Standard Plan and 3 years of hosting for the Premium Plan*.
*Renewal of plan will be at SGD $429/year. This will include website and email hosting, maintenance and support.
Will my current domain email be affected if I transfer the hosting to Plexial?
If you already have a domain email (firstname.lastname@example.org) from your previous Hosting Service Provider, we will be able to create an identical domain email account for you on our server. Once we point your current domain (example.com) from your old hosting server to our hosting server, new arriving emails will start coming to the new account we created for you (with the exact same email address – email@example.com). There will be no down time but to prevent the lost of old mails received on your old email account, do not delete your old account until you manually transfer your old mails to the new account.
If your domain email is from Google Workspace (formally G Suite) and wish to continue using it, we can simply point the receiving mails to G Suite. There is nothing you need to do on your end.
If you subscribed to Google Workspace through a reseller such as Wix, you will need to contact Google Workspace Support or Google Reseller to transfer your billing directly to Google after cancelling your subscription with your reseller.
